Professor Seeram Ramakrishna, FREng, Everest Chair is a world-renowned scholar of cross-fields at the National University of Singapore. He is recognized among the World’s Most Influential Scientific Minds, and Highly Cited Researchers. His senior academic leadership roles include University Vice-President (Research Strategy); Dean of Faculty of Engineering; Director of NUS Enterprise; and Founding Chairman of Solar Energy Institute of Singapore. He is a point of contact for the Ministry of Sustainability and Environment (MSE) Singapore on the circular economy competency and skillsets. He is a member of ISO technical committee on Circular Economy. Mr. Lim Yong Wei is the General Manager of Keppel Energy-as-a-Service (EaaS). EaaS is Keppel’s flagship decarbonisation service, offering asset owners an end-to-end solution covering cooling-as-a-service, solarisation, EV charging points and options for low-carbon electricity. Yong Wei drives the deployment of decarbonisation solutions in Singapore and overseas, helping clients achieve greater operation efficiencies and reach their sustainability goals.
Yong Wei joined Keppel in 2013 and expanded the Keppel District Heating and Cooling Systems’ footprint into Thailand; the District Cooling Plant for the Sam Yan commercial district in the heart of Bangkok. During this period, he also expanded the business in Singapore, bagging more than double the number of Retail Cooling projects in Singapore. With key messages of ‘zero capex’ and ‘operational expertise’, the EaaS platform has gained traction in the region and registered substantial growth in order book, as well as the number of clients served.

With an impressive professional journey spanning both public and private sectors, Therese has played pivotal roles in change management, communication and sustainability with renowned global companies such as Heineken, The Coca-Cola Company, and the LEGO Group. At Grundfos, she spearheads the global sustainability initiatives for Grundfos Industry, steering the divisional organization towards achieving its commitments to the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) by 2030 and the Net Zero commitment by 2050.
Therese's strategic focus extends to driving energy and water-efficient solutions and facilitating market implementation in collaboration with customers. Her efforts propel Grundfos towards a future-ready portfolio, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of sustainability. Beyond external engagements, Therese is actively involved in cultivating a culture of sustainability internally. She empowers Grundfos Industry colleagues to articulate the company's sustainability narrative, fostering a collective journey with customers and partners.
As a key member of the Industry Division Leadership team, Therese wields a global perspective, contributing to Grundfos Industry's overall strategy and vision.

He has a Doctorate in business model innovation mainly focused on those arising from net zero targets set by public and private sector entities. Ms Georgina Phua is the Deputy Principal (Development) at Singapore Polytechnic (SP). She is responsible for driving SP's mission to be a Polytechnic for all ages through collaboration with industry partners and agencies. Her portfolio includes overseeing the Department of Industry & Partnership, Technology, Innovation & Enterprise, and the Professional and Adult Continuing Education (PACE) Academy. These three units comprise 13 consultancy & technology innovation centres, and the CET arm collectively offers end-to-end solutions to facilitate enterprises in their company, workforce and sustainability transformation. In addition, she also oversees Singapore Polytechnic International, a wholly-owned subsidiary of SP.
Georgina has over 20 years of experience managing schools, spanning business, IT, media & design, architecture and the built environment. Prior to joining academia, she worked in the IT and Banking industry. She was awarded the Public Administration Medal (Silver) in 2017.

Dr. Danis Hidayat Sumadilaga is a prominent figure in the engineering industry with over 30 years of experience. An alumnus of Institut Teknologi Bandung, he furthered his education with a Master's from the University of New South Wales and a Doctorate in Strategic Management from the University of Indonesia. He holds the prestigious position of President at the Persatuan Insinyur Indonesia (The Institution of Engineers Indonesia) and is leading the development of Indonesia's new capital city as the Chief of the IKN Development Task Force at the Ministry of Public Works and Housing. Additionally, he brings his expertise to the corporate sector as a Commissioner of Wika Gedung, a state-owned enterprise. Dr. Sumadilaga's contributions have been instrumental in shaping the engineering sector in Indonesia.
