Praveen Hassan Chandrashekar is heading the Sustainability & Resilience Office (SRO) at Surbana Jurong. Praveen possess a strong passion for sustainability and environmentally conscious Passive and Active Design. Praveen has more than 10 years’ experience in the field of environmentally sustainable design and building performance assessment. He holds a Master’s Degree in Building Performance and Sustainability from National University of Singapore and Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. Prior to this, Praveen has worked as a Mechanical Engineer for 6 years and involved in many high-profile projects.
Praveen is a Certified Green Mark Advanced Accredited Professional (GMAAP), LEED Accredited Professional, EDGE Expert, and GRI Certified Sustainability Professional with experience ranging across different typologies for projects including in Singapore and across the region. He was part of the design team that oversaw the planning, design and supervision of Asia’s first high-rise rotatable laboratory located at BCA Academy. He played a key role and lead the ESD, Mechanical and BMS design. The project received “2017 Minister’s Award” and “IES Prestigious Engineering Achievement Award 2017”. Praveen is currently the Co-Principal investigator for Chilled Ceiling project, a R&D initiative under SJ-NTU Corporate Labs. He was the project lead for formulating the new standards on “Design for maintainability” involving Govt. agencies, designers, and built environment stakeholders. Praveen and his team are pushing the boundaries of Sustainable Design and have spearheaded the Net Zero Energy and Super Low Energy designs in Surbana Jurong.

Manuel Ong holds a Master's Degree in Aeronautics and Astronautics from Stanford University. He has worked in both multinational and SME companies over the past 19 years.
- In his role as General Manager for Danfoss Singapore, Manuel collaborates closely stakeholders in the public and private sectors to develop solutions and leverage synergies towards Singapore’s sustainability priorities.
- He has established strategic partnerships with various stakeholders from the public and private sectors to increase capabilities and reduce duplication towards common priorities.
- His current focus in Singapore is to drive energy efficiency with Danfoss solutions for buildings, food and electrification industries.

Rohaya is a seasoned environmental professional with over 30 years of experience in the field. She started her career as a public servant and regulator with Ministry of the Environment and the National Environment Agency of Singapore. During her time in the public sector, she has worked on national issues, such as the development of environmental protection and management policies and frameworks and collaborated with international and regional counterparts on issues related to multilateral environmental agreements, transboundary haze pollution and ASEAN environmental networks. Notably, she played a key role in the development of the carbon tax framework for Singapore.
In 2021, Rohaya left the public sector to join the Mandai Wildlife Group as the Vice President of Sustainable Solutions. In her current role, she is responsible for overseeing the organisation's sustainability initiatives and ensuring that they align with best practices in the industry, to bring Mandai towards its carbon neutrality pledge and net zero ambition.
Over the course of her career, Rohaya has developed expertise in pollution control, environmental monitoring, climate change, and sustainability. She is particularly passionate about climate change issues and has served as a climate change negotiator, as part of the Singapore delegation to UNFCCC COP meetings from 2016 to 2019.
Rohaya has a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering and Masters Degree in Environmental Engineering from NUS. She is also a Chartered Engineer with the Institution of Engineers, Singapore.

Truls Lystang is Group Senior Vice President, Head of Sales INDUSTRY Division at Grundfos and a member of the company’s Industry Division’s global leadership team.
Truls is an experienced international sales leader who is spearheading the Industry Division’s sales efforts and strategic initiatives across a number of areas with a specific emphasis on the pump and pumping solutions business as well as services connected to this.
He has the direct leadership of the Industry Division’s five sales regions across the globe and drives the efforts across a range of business areas.
Truls has a rich leadership experience having held positions as Area Managing Director for Nordics and North West Europe and General Manager for Grundfos in Norway. Prior to his current appointment Truls was heading the INDUSTRY sales team in Europe.
Truls is based out of Oslo, Norway, and has been a part of the Grundfos organization for 9 years in total.

Mr Eric Lim is Managing Director and the Chief Sustainability Officer at United
Overseas Bank Limited (UOB). His role is to drive UOB’s sustainability strategy and objectives of helping businesses and individuals transition to a sustainable future and fostering social and environmental well-being among colleagues and
communities.
Eric was also the Head of Group Finance from 2013 to 2022, where he was
responsible for the Bank’s core finance functions spanning financial strategy, capital management, regulatory and financial reporting, tax management, business finance and performance management.
Eric holds positions in key UOB management committees, including Chairperson of the Group Sustainability Committee. He is also a member of the Management Committee and the Asset and Liability Committee, and holds directorships in UOB affiliated companies.
Prior to joining UOB, Eric was Managing Director and Head of Wholesale Banking Finance, Singapore and Southeast Asia for Standard Chartered Bank, responsible for driving the strategic partnership between the wholesale business and finance teams. During this time, Eric led the finance functions covering commercial banking, financial markets and investment banking.
Eric began his career with GE Capital where he took on various executive positions in the areas of financial planning and analysis, mergers and acquisitions, audit and controllership. He lived and worked in more than 20 countries, with particular focus in the USA and Japan during that time.
Eric holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from the Nanyang Technological University and an Executive Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.

Isabella is the Chairman of the Singapore Environment Council since 2008.
She is a Board Director of Singapore Business Advisors and Consultants Council (SBACC) providing professional certification for management consultants. She is the Chairman of the PMC Certification Board and Director of One Twenty Six Pte Ltd. Isabella has also been the Chairman of Advisory Committee, School of Applied Science (SAS) and Board of Governors of Republic Polytechnic Singapore since 2014.
She was previously CEO and VP for Global Shell Marine Products, Chairman Shell Marine Products Ltd. She was also President and CEO SembCorp Environmental Management Pte Ltd, Vice President Business Development roles and Centre Director for Singapore Economic Development Board.
She has more than 40 years of experience in broad range of services which includes sustainability, environment, engineering & construction, oil and gas, marine, aviation, IT, Biotech, Integrated Logistics, Manu-Services, General Insurance and Financial Services spanning global footprint of 87 countries.
She sat previously on multi-disciplinary Global Boards including AIG Asia Pacific, Aurecon Australia, Coats PLC UK, APIP Mongolia, Advisory Board of Ramky Enviro Engineers Ltd, India. She was also on the Board of National Environment Agency Singapore for 6 years since 2011. She was the Founding Chairman of WMRAS and with that she attained 26 years of deep knowledge in environment management and business.
Isabella holds Management Science from MIT Sloan Fellows School of Management, BSc (Hons) degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the Imperial College of Science & Technology, UK. She had been appointed a Fellow of the Academy of Engineering Singapore and Fellow of the CMI of UK. She holds an appointment as an Evaluator for the Engineering Accreditation Board Singapore, part of Global Engineering Accreditation Board.
She has been conferred the Public Service Medal (PBM) in 2017. In addition, she was awarded the International Management Action Award (IMAA) in 2003 jointly by SPRING Singapore and CMI UK.
Isabella is married with 3 children and 4 grandchildren.

Dr Lee Hui Mien is the Senior Director for Group Environmental Sustainability with the Singtel Group. She is responsible for the environmental sustainability strategy and leads the environmental initiatives for Singtel including working with various business units to integrate sustainability into their everyday work including leading the net-zero work within Singtel Group. Hui Mien was from the pioneer batch of AGS scholars and graduated from NTU with Ph.D (EEE). She started her career as a research scientist in sustainable product development with A*Star SIMTech in 2007, after which she spent 2 years working as post doctoral fellow in Rochester Institute of Technology and Linkoping University looking at electronics waste management systems. Subsequently, she moved from research to retail where she headed up sustainability for IKEA SEA before joining the development cum conservation sector in her previous role as VP for sustainable solutions with the Mandai Wildlife Group. For her work in Mandai, she was selected as one of nine sustainability executives in the Eco Business A-List 2019 – a list that recognises influential corporate sustainability officers in Asia Pacific who genuinely trying to turn their companies into better corporate citizens. As a trained circular economy professional, her interest has always been on product life cycle management and supply chain sustainability issues.

Mr. Vinamra Srivastava is the Chief Sustainability Officer, of CapitaLand Investment (CLI).
Vinamra oversees the Group Sustainability function globally and is responsible for formulating and integrating the Group’s environmental, social and governance (ESG) strategy, policies and best practices into its business and operations, helping CLI to achieve its sustainability targets, deliver long-term economic value to stakeholders and foster a culture of sustainability across the organization. Prior to this role, Vinamra was CEO, Business Parks for CapitaLand India since 2018.
He oversaw real estate investments, private equity fund management, asset management, development management, leasing & marketing, operations, strategic planning and sustainability strategy for growing CapitaLand’s business parks portfolio in India. Vinamra also led multiple sustainability projects across India, including evaluating investments in developing solar farms, formulating renewable power purchase agreements, installing rooftop solar panels, implementing digital technologies to improve energy and water efficiency, piloting zero-waste solutions and improving health & wellness quotients of the buildings. He previously headed Group Corporate Strategy & Development for Ascendas-Singbridge between 2015 and 2018. In that role, Vinamra contributed to the successful Ascendas-Singbridge post-merger integration process, oversaw formulation of the company’s corporate strategy, formed entry strategies into new businesses and geographies, and played a key leadership role to develop the India growth strategy.
Prior to joining CLI, Vinamra was a management consultant having worked with firms like Roland Berger, Arthur D Little, Cisco Systems and BCG. He has diverse experience in the areas of growth strategy, new market entry, infrastructure investments, due-diligence, M&A, and feasibility studies among others. He has led projects in multiple geographies including South-East Asia, India, China, Middle East, Europe, and Africa.
Vinamra holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from University of Pune.
