CRDPL Chairman Message

The world is facing urgent and complex challenges that threaten the very existence of our planet, including climate change, environmental degradation, and social and economic impacts. It is our collective responsibility to take action and transition to a net-zero world. By reducing greenhouse gas emissions, promoting sustainable production and consumption, and preserving biodiversity, we can mitigate the impacts of climate change and create a more equitable world. This is not only an environmental imperative, but also a moral responsibility that requires a collective effort to take action, promote innovation, and make a sustained commitment to creating a more sustainable future.
Join us for the Charles Rudd Distinguished Public Lecture 2023, where we will share and discuss the latest developments in sustainability and environmental stewardship. You’ll have the chance to learn from top experts, and engage the panel speakers on some of the most pressing issues facing our society today, including Green Plan, Circular Economy, ESG, and Green Finance. Attendees will gain a deeper understanding of the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead of us, and explore practical solutions that can accelerate our progress towards a net-zero future.
It’s important to remember that we all have a role to play in this transition. By making small changes in our daily lives, such as reducing our energy consumption and using more sustainable products, we can all contribute to a more sustainable future. Let’s work together to create a net-zero world and secure a sustainable planet for future generations.
We hope to see you at CRDPL 2023 and to play a part in our journey towards transitioning to a net-zero world.
Mr Danny Lee
